As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven **Business Development Representative** to help grow our client base and generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

**Role Overview**

As a **Business Development Representative**, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring they have a robust pipeline to convert into clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospect Identification**: Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the construction industry.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess potential clients to ensure they meet criteria for the sales pipeline and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- **CRM Management**: Log all interactions in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for prospects and leads.
- **Nurture Relationships**: Build trust and rapport with prospects through consistent and personalized follow-ups.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide insights on market trends, customer pain points, and areas of opportunity to help shape future strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or construction industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- **Proactive Attitude**: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and online research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- **Results-Driven**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle objections and think creatively to overcome challenges.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to overall business success.
- **Languages**: Fluent English is a requirement / Spanish is preferred but not required
