We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our cloud solutions team in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

**Job Summary**

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in enterprise sales management. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure sales team members are meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, with a focus on developing sales professionals who can effectively navigate complex sales cycles
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience working in a cloud-based sales environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this space

• Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience
