Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to address revenue, customers, and market needs
  • Lead and manage sales activities, including sales calls, proposals, and contract execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and conduct human resource activities, including interviewing and hiring employees
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 4-year degree with 1 year of experience
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with sales systems and tools
