{"**Job Summary**": "We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our revenue growth in Mexico. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that drives business growth and expands our client portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
* Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective resource allocation
* Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement action plans to optimize sales processes and business performance

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record
* Deep knowledge of the luxury hotel market segment
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Proficient knowledge of Google Suites, E-commerce, E-marketing, and Social media
* Experience in negotiating proposals, agreements, and contracts
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally
* Fast thinker and creative with exceptional attention to detail
* Organizational and leadership skills
