Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum revenue potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
