Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue potential
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve personal and team booking goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
  • Analyze market information and implement strategies to achieve property financial room and catering goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term, value-based customer relationships
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1 year of experience
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market information and implement effective sales strategies
