Sales Development Representative

At Equivity, we're seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with existing partners, forging new alliances, and capitalizing on referral opportunities.
Your ImpactIn this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, ensuring their evolving needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Cultivating referral partnerships by identifying and evaluating potential partners, leading negotiations, and establishing agreements and contracts.
- Identifying and onboarding new business and referral partners through comprehensive research and analysis, and implementing a structured onboarding process.
We're seeking a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
- Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies.
- Experience in contract negotiation and partner onboarding is preferred.
