At Equivity, we're seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with existing partners, forging new alliances, and capitalizing on referral opportunities.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, ensuring their evolving needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Cultivating referral partnerships by identifying and evaluating potential partners, leading negotiations, and establishing agreements and contracts.
  • Identifying and onboarding new business and referral partners through comprehensive research and analysis, and implementing a structured onboarding process.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and partner onboarding is preferred.
What We Offer
