Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hosted infrastructure for Edenred USA business units, both in physical and cloud environments.
  • Act as the liaison with the Edenred Global Technology center to support, implement, and escalate network and infrastructure needs.
  • Execute planned IT infrastructure changes and upgrades in alignment with both local requirements and global policy directives.
  • Maintain essential IT operations based on Microsoft platforms.
  • Administer Active Directory Domains, as well as external and internal DNS services.
  • Perform monthly server/workstation patching across all environments.
  • Responsible for updating Server, Load balance, WAF and application certificates.
  • Creation, support and troubleshooting of SFTP users and services.
  • Support call center phone and system requirements.
  • Provide remote end-user support, as well as development team.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure timely and clear communication.
  • Assist with infrastructure administration areas, including:
    • Coordinating and executing the annual "Disaster Recovery" test.
    • Annually updating IT policy and procedure documents, as well as the Business Continuity Plan.
    • Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for task repeatability and documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and accomplishments.
  • Embrace the all-encompassing nature of the Systems Administrator role by supporting various IT areas within the company.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets within the SLA timeframe.
  • Service Management: Local Incident / Request management. -> 1Jira
  • Workplace Management: Laptops, Printers, APs, UPS, DC/ CR. Assets inventory (Jira Assets), Office Suite: O365, SharePoint.

Security Compliance

Analyze security technology trends to develop strategies, architectures, and delivery processes focused on agility and cost-effectiveness, with an emphasis on cloud hosting and physical data center security. Ensure compliance and integrity of PCI, PII, and HIPAA data.

  • Manage and oversee IT audits, including but not limited to PCI, SOC1, HIPAA, and CMR, ensuring thorough preparation and coordination.
  • Coordinate IT audits and compliance needs with the Global team to maintain consistent security standards across the organization.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of policies and procedures to secure protected and sensitive data, including PCI and PII, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to proactively address any compliance gaps and ensure ongoing adherence to appropriate certifications.
  • Respond promptly to ongoing client security reviews, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed.
  • Complete annual security questionnaires for Edenred clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Vendor Management

Continuously manage relationships with key vendors, including those providing managed hosting, outsourced services, call center, data services, and third-party auditing.

  • Evaluate and oversee the renewal and renegotiation of licenses to align with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain initiative-taking and ongoing relationships with the Group's team, anticipating updates, enhancements, changes, and renewals of all IT policies, initiatives, and new Group technologies.

Requirements

  • 5 years working in Infrastructure positions.
  • Proven experience on ITIL methodology
  • General knowledge of Data Center (Servers, Networking, Call Center, etc.) and Cloud services.
  • Experience working in multinational/corporate companies.
  • Understanding of information security standards and compliance, including PCI-DSS and SOC.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must be proficient in English to effectively work with USA and overseas teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Extensive teamwork experience; the ability to be part of a team and be a supportive teammate.
  • Experience deploying and supporting Servers.

Technical Knowledge / Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, information technology and or other IT related areas.
  • Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019) > AD/DNS/IIS/WSUS/RDS/SQL/ Hyper-V. Microsoft Workstation Windows 10 and 11, Intune, O365.
  • Microsoft SCCM, Manage Engine Desktop Central.
  • Backup: Dell Avamar, Veritas NetBackup, BackupExec.
  • VMware NSX/ESXi/vSphere.
  • Azure, AWS is a plus.
  • Rapid7, Invict Netsparker, Alert Logic.
  • LAN / WAN / WIFI / VoIP > Genesys.
  • Networking, IP services, security, automation, and programmability.
