Latin America Sales Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
About the Role:This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus performance-based commission. You will have the opportunity to work with a global consulting firm that provides expert-led implementation and consulting services to help clients maximize their investment in the ServiceNow Platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned region.
- Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.
- Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus.
