Patient Account Support Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Specialist to join our team at Optumus, a leading healthcare technology company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
About Us:
Optumus offers a wide range of services to medical practices and hospitals, including patient account management, billing, and revenue cycle optimization. Our team members work closely with physicians, medical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
Job Description:
This role involves performing various day-to-day patient account functions, including patient and third-party billing, problem resolution, and review of patients' records to determine proper CPT/ICD-10 coding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to interact effectively with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in the insurance or claims sector.
- Knowledge of claims management systems and proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, have excellent time-management skills, and have good analytical and problem-solving ability.
