Customer Experience Manager

Citi is seeking an Experienced Client Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience working in customer service, marketing, legal, compliance or related fields. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
This job requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining Regulatory consumer protection system daily, driving staff recognition programs to promote customer-centric culture, producing communication contents to promote culture and digital development, and assisting in call monitoring and reporting to support Net Promoter Score (NPS) bottom up fieldwork.
The position also involves tracking NPS performance movement, analyzing actionable insights, and providing timely regular updates for performance improvement. Additionally, the candidate will assist in quality assurance and results monitoring in support of Net Promoter Score top down fieldwork operations.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
