Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our team in Texcoco, Mexico. The successful candidate will provide support to our Legal Department in managing visa applications, contracts, and agreements with national and international entities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support in visa application management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and track a high volume of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.
- Participate in the optimization of processes for legal services, contributing to improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure proper follow-up of entrusted matters, tracking them daily in provided dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Political Science, International Relations).
- At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Mexican immigration regulations, consular processing procedures, and post workflow.
- Excellent organizational, writing, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with a minimum C2 CEFR score in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
