Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Legal Department. The successful candidate will provide support to the Contract Life Cycle Management team, assist with board meetings, and maintain confidential documents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the Contract Life Cycle Management team, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Assist the General Counsel in preparing and coordinating board meetings, including drafting agendas and meeting materials.
- Maintain and organize all board-related documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel, including making expense reports, processing payments, and arranging travel.
- Liaise with Procurement to process requests for services and purchases.
- Assist with data management and tracking of tasks and projects.
- Participate in the optimization of legal service processes and guidelines.
- At least 4 years of experience working with a Board of Directors and/or Corporate Governance Body.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
