**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial and Sales Manager to lead our Ford Protect product discussions, manage our US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites, and develop B2B and B2C media campaigns to grow our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead planning and execution of the Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico annual Ford & Lincoln Protect Launch plan with cross-functional team members
- Assist Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico with new product development and growth initiatives (such as TireCARE and direct mail programs)
- Leverage best practices and processes to grow ESB sales in Canada and Mexico
- Lead Ford Protect product discussions on overall product and pricing
- Manage and standardize US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites, including Owner sites, Ford Protect eCommerce site, Tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising landing pages
- Support relationship with advertising partners, developing B2B and B2C media campaigns to grow business through loyal dealers, non-loyal Ford Protect dealers, reach consumers while they are in the auto shopping mindset, re-engage consumers who have performed shopping actions, and reach consumers shopping at non-loyal dealers
- Manage department Fixed Marketing budget and spending
- Serve as primary interface with Ford Credit Insurance Operations relating to management and maintenance of dealer experience accounts (cession statement, NCFC and CFC dealer reporting)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in service contract and/or insurance industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
- Experience working in a global role
- Knowledge and understanding of dealership Finance &Insurance and service drive operations
- Experience in generating and executing e-commerce sales/marketing solutions
