Job Title: Inside Sales
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team at ESET, Llc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all Partners and Distributors in assigned countries, advising them on commercial matters.
- Monitor Partners, channels, and Distributors to gather information on renewal status, execute renewals, and manage Partners for commercial queries.
- Assign prospects, monitor them, and close deals.
- Prepare commercial documents for ESET products and send them to channels and Distributors.
- Approve or reject purchase orders entered by Partners, validating data and prices.
- Provide Second-Level Commercial Support for home users.
- Recruit new channels, verify compliance, and register them as ESET Partners.
- Organize and conduct webinars for channels and Distributors.
- Provide internal commercial support and document processes.
Requirements:
- Full tertiary or partial university studies in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, or similar.
- 1-3 years of working experience in the commercial area.
- Commercial orientation, negotiation, and communication skills, service, and support profile.
Language Proficiency: English: Intermediate level.

- Travels: 6-15%.
