Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large customers in Mexico and Central America. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships, project management, procurement, and coordinate pricing across Regions/Sales Areas.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for regional or divisional customers.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain customer communications, number of facilities and locations.
  • Develop and maintenance of customer pricing and customer/owner coatings specifications.
  • Represent Sherwin-Williams at appropriate industry-related tradeshows and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales/Marketing Organization.
  • Working knowledge of the Oil and Gas Line Pipe Market/network, including Midstream Pipeline Operations, Subsea/Offshore Pipeline Operations, Pipeline Distribution Market, Coating Inspection, API Steel Pipe Manufacturing.
  • Conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AMPP (formerly NACE) Coatings Inspector Program (CIP) Level 1 Certification.
  • Ability to make onsite technical recommendations to solve customer issues and improve customer coating operations, also manage customers operational cost savings opportunities.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
