Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large customers in Mexico and Central America. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships, project management, procurement, and coordinate pricing across Regions/Sales Areas.
- Serve as the single point of contact for regional or divisional customers.
- Negotiate contractual agreements with assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain customer communications, number of facilities and locations.
- Develop and maintenance of customer pricing and customer/owner coatings specifications.
- Represent Sherwin-Williams at appropriate industry-related tradeshows and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
- Ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales/Marketing Organization.
- Working knowledge of the Oil and Gas Line Pipe Market/network, including Midstream Pipeline Operations, Subsea/Offshore Pipeline Operations, Pipeline Distribution Market, Coating Inspection, API Steel Pipe Manufacturing.
- Conversational English.
- AMPP (formerly NACE) Coatings Inspector Program (CIP) Level 1 Certification.
- Ability to make onsite technical recommendations to solve customer issues and improve customer coating operations, also manage customers operational cost savings opportunities.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
