About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mercer. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our consultants, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with project management activities, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and tracking progress.
  • Build relationships with our consultants and their Administrative Assistants to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with our US Facilities teams to ensure production needs are met.
  • Support and coordinate project management activities, including planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer services and project management.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • English proficiency.
