Business Development Group Manager

Citi is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Group Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of professionals in the management of complex and critical business areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the brokerage network, focusing on credit cycle and people management.
- Lead/participate in the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes.
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve financial targets.
- Manage P&L and ensure products deliver market-leading customer value to our shareholders.
- Provide sales leadership to Sales Heads, RMs/ROs, and Service RMs/Officers to exceed financial plan numbers and net promoter score targets.
- Develop, motivate, and empower team members to fully realize their potential and maximize sales opportunities.
- Responsible for business development of the affluent to create new investment and banking opportunities.
- Establish and develop strong partnerships with the bank and other business units to develop new client relationships.
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Good in-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure operational controls.
- Advanced people management skills, coaching skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
