About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at the Libertex Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new partnerships and growing our network in the financial markets industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners to expand our network
  • On-board new IB partners and establish strong relationships to build loyalty
  • Conduct continuous due diligence to ensure partners meet our standards
  • Promote Libertex products and services to partners and their staff
  • Monitor partners' sales performance and provide consulting services to improve results
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare monthly reports on partners' performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Resolve issues and conflicts with a positive and proactive approach
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role in the finance industry
  • Business-level fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • A good understanding of financial markets, preferably foreign exchange markets
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills
  • Great listening skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain a positive atmosphere among partners
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to balance company and partner interests
