About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Channel Business Manager to join our team. As a Channel Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Collaborate with Account Directors to develop and execute business plans that drive growth opportunities and ensure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and deployments.
  • Drive Partner and Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner and customer satisfaction, driving execution with excellence across account planning and pipeline management.
  • Design Compelling Value Propositions: Develop and activate services based on emerging and established technologies, increasing revenue growth and liaising closely with product teams to innovate new solutions and GTM strategies.
  • Provide Clear Communication: Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders, building and maintaining activity of performance reports and activity dashboards.
Requirements
  • Experience in Channel Management: Proven experience in channel management, business development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local Mexican market and SP & GSI operating models.
  • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development, with a consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
