At Orbia Advance Corp, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Key Accounts team in the United Kingdom or Remote locations. This exciting opportunity is part of our growth strategy to advance life around the world by building healthy, sustainable environments.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the UK market.

About the Job

You will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth within our product ranges, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading senior-level negotiations with key account groups. As a Senior Manager, you'll oversee a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring the Merchant Sales Channel is well-managed and aligned with our company's sales and marketing objectives.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Act as a signatory for all contract pricing above the Sales Manager level.
  • Deliver profitable growth within the Wavin product ranges.
  • Plan, lead, support, and advise on all senior-level negotiations within all key account groups.
  • Develop and implement the UK sales strategies to grow specified products in line with overall strategy.
  • Lead team recruitment, onboarding, development, appraisal, performance management, and termination processes.
  • E nsure effective relationships are maintained with internal departments and employees.
  • Develop and maintain commercial terms authorization procedures.
  • Assist in the development of support materials, including technical and sales aids.

About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with sound commercial awareness of the building products and construction industries. You should have a strong understanding of our product portfolio and a large network of appropriate contacts. Proficiency in CRM and Project Management is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent training, coaching, and people management credentials, as well as strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive data-led, action-oriented plans to successfully drive a sales team. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must, along with excellent numerical, analytic, and oral reasoning skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
