Strategic Business Development Manager for Regional Markets

This role involves developing and strengthening relationships with key customers in the Chihuahua region, leveraging market insights to drive mutual business growth. As a Strategic Business Development Manager for Regional Markets, you will be responsible for analyzing sales initiatives, negotiating solutions, and overseeing the implementation of Joint Business Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage commercial metrics with customers, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH), P&L, and Market Share.
- Design and execute strategies to increase Diageo's brand volume and market share by identifying opportunities, implementing effective initiatives, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving value creation and profitable growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A proven track record of handling multiple key accounts with a focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to effectively navigate complex retail environments and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with critical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated proactivity, initiative, and determination, with a solid financial understanding.
- University or college graduate with relevant experience in sales or business development.
Salary Range: Estimated salary for this position is around 250,000 - 350,000 MXN per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
