About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Posterpos. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer usage, health metrics, and support patterns to identify accounts at risk of churn.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and execute retention strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
- Proactively communicate with high-risk customers to address their concerns and ensure they get full value from our POS solution
- Ensure customers achieve configuration and usage goals through constant review of CRM accounts
- Configure hardware and software to meet customer needs
- Provide training and support to customers through video calls and the help center
- Document all interactions and progress in our CRM and FUNNEL systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Posterpos product features and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of the HORECA sector and its operational dynamics
- Comfortable with POS systems and SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo
- Management of desktop support systems such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
