Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. As a Key Account Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Sales Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional sales performance.
- New Business Opportunities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Customer Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales performance.
- Project Management:
- Supervise the project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum of 10 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Experiences in injection molding technology (e.g., plastic parts with metal inserts).
- Advanced understanding of product calculation and costing.
