Key Account Manager Mexico

MDC Data Center is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager in Mexico to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Your Mission:
As a Key Account Manager at MDC, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to close deals and secure new business partnerships successfully.
About the Role:
In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals and ensure seamless client experiences. You will actively seek out and identify potential business opportunities, conduct outreach and prospecting activities, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and identify potential business opportunities
- Conduct research to understand companies' needs, identify decision-makers, and pinpoint potential clients
- Develop accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales engineers and product teams to develop proposals that meet clients' needs
- Presents offers and counteroffers in a clear and persuasive manner
- Serve as a liaison to facilitate the signing of NDAs, contracts, and other necessary documents
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager who has:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish required
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
- Experience in prospecting activities
- Experience in conducting client discovery sessions to identify business opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
