About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Application Support team as a Junior Application Support Engineer. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of our systems, applications, and infrastructure, and responding to incidents or issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Monitoring and Response: Monitor the health and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure, and respond to incidents or issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team and across the organization.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure systems and processes comply with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, implement changes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
