About the Role
Lhr Américas is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to drive business growth and identify new opportunities across various markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to conduct commercial feasibility studies and develop business cases
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to negotiate and execute business deals
- Present business ideas and strategies to senior management and review committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial development, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
