About the Role

Lhr Américas is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to drive business growth and identify new opportunities across various markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to conduct commercial feasibility studies and develop business cases
  • Engage with partners and stakeholders to negotiate and execute business deals
  • Present business ideas and strategies to senior management and review committees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 10 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
