We're looking for an ambitious leader to drive business results in the Retail+ Government Sector.
You will lead through change, communicate rationale and benefits of change required, and how it will positively affect the business and team's work practices and performance.
A successful candidate will have at least two years of previous commercial experience (sales/marketing), strong leadership and analytical skills, and be able to effectively lead teams during times of change.
Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree and Business Level English proficiency.
This role requires approximately 18 days of monthly traveling, with about 30% of time spent in Durango, Tijuana, and Mexicali. You are expected to live in CDMX.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an inspiring vision within the sales team to exceed customer expectations aligned with corporate/business unit vision and operates within compliance guidelines (individually and for the team).
- Work as a bridge between sales and marketing to include both perspectives and get better solutions for customers.
- Attract, develop and retain Top Talent: Develop sales reps by providing a variety of experiences, monitoring progress and coaching/mentoring as appropriate.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively lead teams during times of change
- Bachelor's degree
- Business Level English proficiency
- Monthly traveling availability (aprox 18 days a Quarter)
