Business Development Representative

Tive is a cutting-edge company that's revolutionizing the way goods are transported and tracked. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the leading provider of supply chain visibility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and inform sales decisions
• Represent Tive at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)
