Job Title: Presales Consultant Application Services Mexico

Job Function: Field Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to join our Application Services team in Mexico. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in selling SoftwareOne Solutions & Services and driving growth, landing, and expanding customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales lifecycle, driving new business and sales activities at a customer level, partnering with field-based Account Managers within the existing regional account base, and supporting customer acquisition activities.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to maximize opportunities.
  • Analyze and gather business requirements from complex client environments, perform research and investigation, and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals aligned to the SoftwareOne customer journey.
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contracts for solutions and services sales, working with pre-sales technical teams to contribute to sales engineering effectiveness.
  • Assist and support partnership/alliance functions, driving forward programmatic initiatives, and acting as a technical evangelist for marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in working in software development within cloud platforms.
  • Experience, knowledge, and proficiency in containerization and managing databases such as SQL, Oracle.
  • Cloud certification (Azure or AWS).
  • English level B1.
