**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and effective Multilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Cs Enterprises At Connectnet.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences. This role involves responding to customer queries, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using active listening skills and empathy to understand their concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work rotating schedules and weekends as needed.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy statutory benefits, superior benefits, a savings fund, performance bonuses, and 100% paid training.
