We're seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our team as a Vertical Sales Manager, Energy Systems. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping the future of energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the energy vertical market, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Lead the selection and governance of key accounts, including CAM-covered accounts, to drive business performance and revenue growth.
  • Own compliance with standard business performance reporting, including market data, business planning, and regular OI performance updates.
  • Define and agree OI targets as part of the business planning cycle, ensuring alignment with country, BU, and key account goals.
  • Ensure Key Account Managers are compliant with the Siemens KAM governance model and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture, BU Portfolio, and marketing to bring compelling value propositions to the market.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion through M&A, new channels, and partner-driven activity.
  • Closely work with Legal to ensure proactive and compliant frame agreements.
  • Develop an integrated marketing and communication capability to drive demand generation and leverage corporate-sponsored initiatives.
Requirements:
  • More than 15 years of experience managing sales teams, developing business, and accounts in the food & beverage industry.
  • Specialist in vertical market management, interfacing account teams and customers to configure and own fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions.
  • Strong customer service and ability to deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge to develop market strategies, systems, and product solutions.
