About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned channel sales professional to help us build out the channel organization in LATAM/Mexico. As a Channel Account Manager, you will identify, recruit, and operationalize new reseller and systems integrators partner organizations to expand our indirect sales reach within an assigned territory.
You will develop a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner-sourced revenue metrics to meet all quarterly sales requirements. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and reporting an accurate sales forecast, developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in software/SaaS/security sales and channel management. You should have 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of developing a partner ecosystem (VARs, SI's, MSP's/MSSP's) within a SaaS model. Direct experience in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling resellers/SI's is essential. Ability to travel 30-50% of the time is also required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
