About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Finance & Business Operations team at Cloudflare. This role will play a crucial part in managing and testing our Global Sales Compensation Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support timely distribution of commission payments and statements for the global sales team.
  • Drive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage commissions calculation inputs.
  • Build consistent practices, documentation, and desktop procedures for all commissions processes.
  • Participate in ICM User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in identifying and troubleshooting defects.
  • Manage and calculate sales commissions for special programs.
  • Work directly with the global sales team to resolve disputes in a timely manner, using empathy and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Commissions, FP&A, Consulting, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in a growth technology company is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing business partners.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
