Our Global Support Centers handle over 2,600+ cases per week and 130,000+ cases annually, providing fast and reliable F5 Network Support Engineers who maintain customer satisfaction scores above 9.0 out of 10.

We're seeking a skilled F5 Global Support Specialist who is a credible and knowledgeable Enterprise Support professional. You will provide remote technical assistance with F5 solutions to internal and external customers and partners.

You'll analyze complex customer network environments and data, arriving at a conclusion that may involve a workaround, restore or resolve the problem while keeping customers satisfied. This requires exercise of excellent judgment within an ISO certified quality management system.

Your Daily Responsibilities

We need someone creative and independent who can work with minimal day-to-day instructions. You'll demonstrate good judgment to select the best methods and techniques to provide Level 1 to Level 3 technical support for resolving hardware and software issues on F5 products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support experience to F5 customers and partners
  • Participate in ongoing training with F5 products and related technologies
  • Maintain high schedule adherence and effectively handle case escalations to tier 3
  • Collaborate with Senior Network personnel and build strong working relationships
  • Work scheduled shifts corresponding to forecasted customer activity, including weekends

What We're Looking For

You should have hands-on technical experience with internetworking/data center operations, troubleshooting tools, and equipment. Excellent customer service skills are required, along with experience supporting corporate customers and service providers in production environments.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Windows OS and multiple troubleshooting tools
  • Experience with UNIX or Linux operating systems, VMware or equivalent hypervisors, and network hardware
  • Independent self-starter with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, including technical concepts and terminology; multiple language skills a plus
  • Able to relay technical information to customers of varying skill levels

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
