Job Description

Services Account Executive

The Services Account Executive is a critical role in our sales organization, responsible for selling Okta Professional Services and driving business development. We're looking for an experienced sales professional who excels in positioning the value of Okta Professional Services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer meetings with C-level personnel to position the value of Okta Professional Services
  • Negotiate SOW terms and fees with customers
  • Meet Professional Services booking quota and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with the license sales team to scope, sell, and position Okta Professional Services
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the PS Delivery team during delivery
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success ecosystem to ensure deployment meets customer expectations
  • Continuously improve services sales processes and methods

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding bookings and utilization targets
  • Strong presentation skills to articulate the value of complex service solutions
  • Breadth of knowledge executing SOW/Proposal processes
  • Ability to articulate customer success stories and metrics
  • Experience with technologies and protocols supporting identity federation and access control models
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and state-of-the-art infrastructures
  • General knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscape
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space preferred
  • Project Management experience a plus
