We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Desk-Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our healthcare customers.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position that requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be working in a call center environment, supporting our customers 24/7/365. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
- Track and document incidents, and close or escalate tickets in a timely manner.
- Responsible for driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
- Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift.
- Remain at designated workspace and in the phone queue for an 8-10 hour period with scheduled breaks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Experience in a similar role, handling technical issues and providing customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
