Automation Anywhere Sales Development Representative

**Our Opportunity**:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role in the growth of our organization. This position manages inbound leads from multiple marketing sources, including events, webinars, website actions, and paid social programs. The ultimate objective is to qualify new leads, schedule discovery calls, and generate new business revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver Automation Anywhere's value proposition and identify target use cases for prospective new customers
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls between prospects and Account Executives
- Leverage sales tools and technologies to maintain accurate records of all activities and the lead lifecycle in required tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or accredited college degree
- 1-2 years sales or business development experience in technology sales
- Fluency in Spanish as a primary language and proficiency in English as a secondary language
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
