As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll play a critical role in driving adoption and retention, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate all efforts to keep adoption and usage high, driving value recognition and satisfaction.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert use case recommendations to our clients
- Helping them maximize panel usage and get the most out of our platform
- Training new clients and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Serving as a trusted consultant and thought leader in our industry

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to 16,000+ online courses, a paid Spotify account subscription, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
