Your Role

">

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in shaping the future of customer support for mobile products. As a key member of our Devices and Services Group, you'll be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, onboarding service providers aligned with our direction, and ensuring a seamless service experience for mobile product users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including senior cross-functional leads, to manage expectations and provide insights to inform effective decision-making.">
  • Negotiate and onboard service partners who align with our direction for excellent customer support.">
  • Launch new products, ensuring our service network is ready to support the launch of mobile devices.">
  • Collaborate across borders and partner with cross-functional teams within Google and external partners to deliver seamless service experiences worldwide.">
  • Navigate complex projects, leading multi-faceted initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation.">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development. Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

">
  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.">
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.">
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.">
  • Experience in program managing Request for Proposals (RFP), new supplier evaluation, and negotiating onboarding.">
  • Knowledge of the product life-cycle and designing new programs from conception to launch.">
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with excellent communication skills and process enhancement capabilities.">

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in program managing RFPs, new supplier evaluation, and negotiating onboarding, as well as knowledge of the product life-cycle and designing new programs from conception to launch.
