About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a critical post-sales executive responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of logistics and transportation services to our clients. As a key member of the Overhaul Group Inc team, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate accounts, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage assigned corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Verify that contracted services are being fulfilled and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong commercial relationship between assigned accounts and the company.
  • Deliver and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, providing regular reports to the Immediate Manager.
  • Resolve conflicts and objections from assigned clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Evaluate services through KPIs and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth post-sale process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administrative, logistics, or transportation-related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing service to logistics and transportation clients.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
