Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement the commercial plan for our products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
- Manage Distribution Network: Manage and optimize the distribution network, ensuring availability, visibility, and profitability of our products.
- Build and Maintain Key Account Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, such as pharmacy chains and wholesalers, and negotiate contracts and terms of business.
- Lead Trade Marketing Activities: Lead and coordinate trade marketing activities, including promotions, merchandising, training, and events, to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to the commercial director and marketing team.
- Team Management: Manage and coach a team of Key Account Managers and Executives, as well as Trade Marketing Executives, ensuring their performance and development.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in commercial areas such as marketing, sales, or commercial operations. At least 2 years of experience managing distribution channels in the private sector with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Experience working in mass consumption is a plus.
- Team Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Travel Requirements: Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
