As a key member of our business development organization, you will drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management. This role is critical in helping merchants launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
  • Analyzing customer data to maximize the potential of assigned territories.
  • Working closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enabling merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient management of catalogs, inventory, and performance.

Requirements
• Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
