- Deliver exceptional performance and meet delivery targets with each client, aligning with Mahle's objectives.
- Supervise EDI personnel to achieve shipping objectives.
- Monitor and report performance indicators in customer service, including compliance and delivery claims.
- Manage customer supply systems for top automotive manufacturers.
Your Essential Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of SAP preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
