Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements.
  • Guarantee the reliability and accuracy of customer requirements in our SAP system.
  • Deliver exceptional performance and meet delivery targets with each client, aligning with Mahle's objectives.
  • Supervise EDI personnel to achieve shipping objectives.
  • Monitor and report performance indicators in customer service, including compliance and delivery claims.
  • Manage customer supply systems for top automotive manufacturers.

Your Essential Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
