Job Description:

At Terex Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist - Telematics Activations. This role is responsible for managing telematics activations for customers, including issue resolution and communications.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can provide feedback and technical aid to customer inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record customer information/cases in CRM database
  • Provide feedback and technical aid to customer inquiries and issues
  • Support monthly reporting and customer adoption activities
  • Coordinate with intercompany departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Respond to sales inquiries and requests
  • Find, address, and escalate issues
Requirements:
  • 2 years customer service or equivalent experience
  • Call Center experience an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College diploma an asset or experience with equipment deployed in construction or the trades
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and proficiency in Excel is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle ERP & Salesforce CRM experience
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive manner
  • Ability to work in a high-volume customer support center within established handle times and performance metrics
  • Great attitude, self-motivated, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and process change/improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new products and software
  • Strong knowledge of Genie products and the lifting industry is a plus
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
