Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Executive to join our team in LAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling all FedEx products and services to defined national account customers, resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell all FedEx services to customers based on defined strategies, resulting in net incremental revenue while ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales work plans and schedules that ensure minimum attainment of all required sales activities.
  • Maintain account intelligence systems that record, store, and report all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, and any other necessary data.
  • Implement various marketing/sales programs as instituted by FedEx.
  • Monitor and report all competitive activity in assigned accounts, including advances, pricing, tactics, and any other necessary information.
  • Collaborate with FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, bscs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business administration, preferably with a major in marketing or finance.
  • Five (5) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and plan/executed major customer sales strategies.
  • Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Heavy overnight travel required.
