About the Role

**Channel Partner Development Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partner Development Manager to join our team at Endeavor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including key personnel.
  • Generate pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition through partner channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market plans with partners to achieve/exceed targets.
  • Assist partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal closing strategies.
  • Manage deal registration conflicts between direct and channel selling teams by maintaining excellent communication between the two.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working with North American Channel Partners.
  • Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships with other reseller partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building partnership(s) from the ground up, not just managing pre-existing relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in security or other infrastructure SaaS products.
  • Success in achieving/overachieving revenue & growth targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with identity and access management solutions.
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
