About the Role

At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. As a Channel Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in enabling our sales team to sell Axon products and services to the largest law enforcement agencies in 15 countries across Central and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Regional Director to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in emerging markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate partners on our value proposition and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Manage a partner portal and prioritize markets where each partner is the right strategic fit.
  • Work closely with marketing, corporate development, and direct sales teams to enable channel sales and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in novel circumstances.
  • Autonomy and ability to act confidently in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with delivery deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics reporting and Excel modeling skills.
