Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and execute strategic account plans to meet budget for profit (net sales and margin contribution) and volume objectives
- Ensure compliance with all work processes in accordance with Ingredion's safety policies, procedures, and culture
- Analyze account data and provide insights to key stakeholders, including account budgets, pricing input, and improving cost effectiveness
- Build and enhance long-term relationships with selected accounts by establishing business relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Drive growth through prospecting, collaborative visits, presentations, research, and senior management contacts
- 3+ years in sales developing new business
- 4-5+ years in B2B experience industries
- Experience in business analysis and commercial strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in global negotiations
- Chemical, Industrial or Food Engineer or related career. MBA or related Master Degree desired
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 pesos per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
