Job Title: Real Estate Executive Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America and Philippines

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,120 - $1,600 USD/month (Based on experience)

Schedule: M-F 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time

Our client is a Real Estate Wholesaling company that specializes in quick and hassle-free property sales, offering personalized cash offers helping homeowners in various situations achieve their goals efficiently and with integrity.

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives.
    • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, showings, and property tours.
    • Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials and property listings.
  • Transaction Coordination:
    • Assist with the preparation and submission of real estate documents and contracts.
    • Track and ensure timely completion of transaction milestones.
    • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
  • Office Management:
    • Coordinate office events and meetings.
    • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation is a plus.
